Construction Project Manager

PROMAN Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager (Residential) to join a housing and apartment project in London.
Starting Rate : £300 per day 
Hours : 8am – 4pm
Duration : Ongoing

️ Duties Include :
✔️ Managing residential construction projects (houses & flats) from start to completion
✔️ Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and suppliers on site
✔️ Ensuring build quality meets NHBC and drawings/specifications
✔️ Overseeing health & safety and site compliance
✔️ Programming works and monitoring progress against targets
✔️ Liaising with clients, local authorities, and site teams
✔️ Managing snagging and handover processes

Requirements :
✅ Valid CSCS Black Card
✅ SMSTS (essential)
✅ First Aid at Work
✅ Proven experience delivering housing / residential developments
✅ Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills

✅ Fluency in Italian is a plus
