Matthew has been with Proman for over 20 years and has overseen the growth of the business from an excellent regional recruitment company to a business that has maintained the same level of service on a national scale.
As Co-Managing Director, he is tasked with formulating the direction and strategy for all divisions and ensuring a comprehensive, compliant, and professional service to our clients. He is also responsible for driving innovation and best practice, as well as championing PROMAN's core values and culture across the business.
Liz joined Proman in 2018 as Director of Sales with over 15 years' prior experience within the supply chain sector. Her remit is onboarding SMEs through to the UK's largest blue-chip logistics and manufacturing organisations who mirror Proman's own culture and values.
This is achieved through building better business relationships and surpassing our clients' expectations, all of which is part of The Proman Standard. A key part of her role as UK and Group Account Director now is to expand Proman's service offering internationally.

We operate as the logistics provider for the UK’s leading sports retailer and utilise Class 1 drivers throughout the year. More critically, we require support on Class 2 retail replenishment drivers during November to the end of December. PROMAN have managed our requirements as primary supplier and in addition to this, on a sole supply basis in respect of the Class 2 retail replenishment drivers.
