Patrick has worked for Proman since 2003, he was an Account Manager in our Supply Chain Division for Liverpool and West Lancashire, before moving into a Development Consultation role, overseeing quality and training for the company.
In 2015 he became Director for Legal and Compliance where he oversees the company’s infrastructure including Legal, HR, IT, Facilities, and the operational processes of the business, as well as the management of the strategic operational system, ensuring we always deliver a professional service to our partners and workers. In 2022 he became Co-Managing Director of our Corporate Resources function, ensuring we have a robust support network for our front office operations.
Matthew has been with Proman for over 20 years and has overseen the growth of the business from an excellent regional recruitment company to a business that has maintained the same level of service on a national scale.
As Co-Managing Director, he is tasked with formulating the direction and strategy for all divisions and ensuring a comprehensive, compliant, and professional service to our clients. He is also responsible for driving innovation and best practice, as well as championing PROMAN's core values and culture across the business.
Liz joined Proman in 2018 as Director of Sales with over 15 years' prior experience within the supply chain sector. Her remit is onboarding SMEs through to the UK's largest blue-chip logistics and manufacturing organisations who mirror Proman's own culture and values.
This is achieved through building better business relationships and surpassing our clients' expectations, all of which is part of The Proman Standard. A key part of her role as UK and Group Account Director now is to expand Proman's service offering internationally.
Jacob started working for Proman in 2009 as a Trainee Consultant in our Professional Services division. From here, he progressed through the ranks to Branch Manager in 2014 where he spent 3 years growing the department.
In 2017, he became Divisional Manager of the Professional Services and Engineering divisions. Jacob now oversees a team of highly skilled and qualified recruiters covering Blue and White Collar Permanent, Contract and Temporary requirements across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial and Engineering.
His current role also sees him responsible for the Implementation and continuous improvement of modern recruitment technology, processes, and innovation across the divisions. Now, as Director of PROMAN Specialist, he oversees our Winsearch and Office & Customer Support divisions.
