The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Internal Auditor to join a dynamic, collaborative Quality function.

This is a high-visibility role where you’ll work across multiple sites, playing a key part in strengthening quality systems, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conducting internal audits across multiple business units and sites
• Managing and maintaining Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards (including AS/EN9100)
• Identifying non-conformances and supporting root cause & corrective actions
• Working cross-functionally with internal teams and suppliers to drive improvements
• Supporting the evolution of quality and compliance frameworks
• Contributing to wider continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in an Internal Auditor role within engineering or manufacturing
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (IMS)
• EN/AS9100 Internal Auditor certification (essential)
• Knowledge of ISO14001 and/or Lead Auditor certification (desirable)
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels
