Class 2 ADR Driver – Lutterworth (Temp-to-Perm)

Location: Lutterworth, LE17
✅ Pay: £15.89/hour (£17.81 with holiday pay)
Overtime (after 48 hrs/week): £17.75/hour (£19.89 with holiday pay)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 06:00 start times (Approx. 10-hour shifts)
Contract: Temp-to-Perm (Permanent opportunity after 12 weeks)

The Role

Are you an experienced Class 2 ADR Driver (excluding Category 1 & 7)? We’re recruiting for a busy operation in Lutterworth for deliveries and collections involving hazardous and non-hazardous materials using Class 2 ADR vehicles. Highlights include:

• Monday to Friday working pattern, starting around 06:00.

• Approx. 5–6 deliveries or collections per day.

• Multi-drop route-based work with full training and support.

• Full induction process required (8-hour paid induction including paperwork/tests, D&A, ADR/GDP training, SSOW sign-offs).

• Overtime premium available after 48 hours per week.

Key Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.

• Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card.

• ADR licence (excluding Class 1 & 7);

• Previous multi-drop experience highly advantageous.

• Sound knowledge of driver hours, tachograph regulations and strong commitment to health & safety.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
