We’re partnering with a well-established, high-tech engineering business to recruit a Brand Manager. Operating across aerospace, nuclear, and energy sectors, this organisation has built a strong reputation over several decades and is continuing to invest in growth.

This is a hands-on role offering real visibility, reporting directly to senior leadership and playing a key part in shaping and delivering brand and marketing activity across the group.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of brand and marketing delivery across multiple business units, with a strong focus on execution. This is a varied position combining campaigns, content creation, digital, and events.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering a consistent brand approach across the group
• Planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Creating content across web, social, PR, and sales materials
• Managing and updating website content (CMS)
• Supporting the sales function with relevant marketing collateral
• Organising and delivering events end-to-end
• Managing PR activity and external media relationships
• Monitoring performance, feedback, and brand consistency

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in a hands-on marketing or brand role
• Strong content creation and campaign delivery experience
• Confident copywriting across multiple channels
• Experience managing websites and digital platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and quality of output

Desirable:

• Background in engineering, manufacturing, or a technical environment
• Experience supporting sales teams
• Events and PR exposure
