Our branch offers a diverse mix of business, including large onsite accounts and warehouse operations, providing plenty of variety and the opportunity to gain experience across different sectors. What You'll Be Doing

As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships, supporting temporary workers, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring payroll and compliance processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Understand workforce requirements and provide effective staffing solutions.
Conduct regular client visits and review service performance.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly.
Participate in an on-call rota to support operational requirements.
Recruitment & Candidate Management
Source, screen, interview, and place suitable candidates.
Manage recruitment campaigns and job advertisements.
Support new starters through the onboarding process.
Act as the main point of contact for temporary workers.
Ensure candidates receive a positive experience throughout their assignment.
Payroll & Administration
Create and maintain worker records on internal systems.
Process timesheets accurately and within required deadlines.
Handle payroll and holiday queries.
Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Compliance
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legislation and company policies.
Maintain accurate records across CRM and ATS systems.
Identify and escalate any potential operational risks.

Recruitment, account management, customer service, or administration experience is desirable but not essential.
