Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the taking off from drawings and pricing for cost estimates, tender documents, etc.
• Support the commercial and residential Projects.
• Preparation of cost estimates
• Manage and monitor the projects to achieve the objective and control budget cost for the project
• Prepare and manage accurate cost plans, valutaytions
• collaborate closely with managers, site teams, and clients to ensure smooth delivery
• Attend meetings and site, clients inspections when required
• Preparation of Income and sub-contractor liabilities forecast, cash flow forecast and monthly internal valuation for management to achieve cost control of the project

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in commercial and residencial projects, fit out, multiskilled workers, carpenters etc
✔️ Strong knowledge of SMM7/NRM and JCT contracts
✔️ Excellent negotiation and communication skills
✔️ Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
✔️ Proficient in cost management software (e.g., Bluebeam, Causeway, or similar)
✔️ Ability to work independently and manage multiple packages simultaneously
