We're looking for an Onsite Account Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of a busy onsite account, working closely with our client and temporary workforce.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, people-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Assisting with workforce management and worker engagement.
• Processing weekly payroll and maintaining accurate records.
• Monitoring attendance and workforce KPIs.
• Building positive relationships with workers and client contacts.
• Handling worker queries and resolving issues.
• Supporting operational meetings and account administration.
• Ensuring high levels of service delivery across the account.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Previous administration, customer service, or recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
