Retrofit Coordinator

Proman is looking for a Retrofit Coordinator in Halifax.

The Retrofit Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the assessment of dwellings as well as the subsequent specification, monitoring, and evaluation of energy efficiency measures, in accordance with PAS2030 / PAS2035

Responsibilities

• Retrofit coordination of multiple concurrent PAS 2030 projects
• Liaising with Retrofit Assessors, Installers and their customers as necessary
• Liaising with colleagues to resolve issues and identify system/process improvements
• Responding to communication from customers in a timely manner and in a manner that builds customer loyalty and company reputation
• Visit site to review projects and advise installers on an occasional basis
• Work with the business development team to identify new and suitable projects to tender for, and assist with the PAS2030 aspects of tender applications.
• Be involved in the planning, development and implementation of projects and schemes the company will deliver internally
• Advise, support and review projects where the company is taking a management role in a project or scheme, but are utilising third parties for delivery and retrofit coordination services.

Requirements:

• Qualified Retrofit Coordinator holding the Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management

About the job:

Full time / permanent position

Salary: £38,000 annual negotiable depending on experience

Officed base with possibility to work Hybrid after probation period.
