A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced MIG Welder to join a global manufacturing business based near Clay Cross, Chesterfield. This role offers long-term stability, excellent pay, and a dedicated morning shift.

Location: Pilsley, Chesterfield

Shift Pattern:

• Morning shift

• Start and finish times vary depending on the production schedule

Pay Rates:

• Standard AM hours: £14.48 per hour

• Overtime (Mon–Sat): £21.72 per hour

• Overtime (Sun & Bank Holidays): £28.96 per hour

Role Overview

You’ll be welding mild steel components to a high standard on a fast-paced production line. The role requires precision, consistency, and the ability to follow established work instructions and safety procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven MIG welding experience

• Level 2 Welding & Fabrication qualification (desirable)

• Ability to weld mild steel to a high standard

• Confident working independently in a busy production environment

• Strong communication and time-management skills

• Experience working to ISO6906 standards (desirable)

• MIG welding mild steel components to specification

• Working efficiently on a fast-paced production line

• Following work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures

• Maintaining flexibility to support production targets
