Handyman Maitenance

General maintenance in student accommodation to ensure the property remains safe, clean, and in good working condition for residents. 

• Minor repairs (e.g., fixing doors, windows, furniture, and fixtures)

• Plumbing work (unblocking sinks/toilets, fixing leaks)

• Electrical checks and repairs (changing lightbulbs, checking sockets, reporting faults)

• Painting and decorating minor areas as required

• Responding to maintenance requests from residents or management

• Routine inspections to identify any hazards or necessary repairs

• Basic groundskeeping (tidying entrances, bin areas, etc.)

• Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
