Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and coordinate tasks among team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide training and support to team members in the use of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
• Assist in the assembly of components and structures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Perform welding, plumbing, carpentry, and other trade-related tasks as required.
• Maintain an organised work environment by managing inventory of tools and materials.
• Facilitate communication between team members and management to address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and health & safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a trade or construction environment.
• Minimum 5 years experience experience as Supervisor
• BLUE CSCS or GOLD CSCS
• SMSTS or SSSTS
• Medium risk confined spaces – official day course
• Excellent leadership abilities with strong communication skills to motivate and guide team members.
• Able to commute/relocate to Wokingham
