CNC MACHINISTS NEEDED

CNC Machinist (Fanuc and/or Mazatrol) – £16.06/hr | Bolton BL3

Ready to level up your CNC career? We're on the lookout for two skilled CNC Machinists to join a forward-thinking, safety-first manufacturing team. If you've got experience with Fanuc and/or Mazatrol systems and take pride in quality work, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Setting up and operating CNC machines (drilling, turning, milling)
• Loading materials, verifying tool settings, and inspecting first-run parts
• Translating engineering drawings into precise production specs
• Conducting routine machine checks and maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency
• Keeping detailed records of machine operations and performance
• Supporting a strong safety culture and working collaboratively with your team
• Adapting to production needs with flexible working and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

• Apprenticeship or Technical Qualification in CNC or mechanical engineering
• Previous experience in a production environment
• Solid computer and spatial skills
• Strong communication, a keen eye for detail, and a safety-first mindset
• Natural problem-solver with a can-do attitude

Shift Pattern

37 hours per week on a rotating 2-shift system:
☀️ Early Shift: Mon–Thurs 6am–2pm, Fri 6am–12:40pm
Late Shift: Mon–Thurs 2pm–10pm, Fri 12:35pm–7:15pm
