My client is a leading distributor who is currently looking for an administrator to join the team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be joining a team and will be supporting the team.

KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Organising outbound bookings - carrier collection bookings and customer delivery bookings
• Launching work into the DC, date management
• Working effectively with Order Prep, Replenishment and Flows.
• Managing consumables – monitor usage and replenish when necessary
• Dealing with customer queries

   

  PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• The ability to problem solve and to demonstrate a logical approach to tasks
• A flexible approach to work tasks and working hours to meet the needs of the business
• Excellent people skills
• Good organisational skills and the ability to constantly prioritise work
• Attention to detail with high quality standards and excellent communication skills
• Comfortable with working autonomously and with high levels of initiative
• Basic experience with Excel and Outlook
