Candidate Details: X30 Production Operatives over 3 shifts
Our large FMCG production facility in Haydock won a new contract and gave Proman 7 days’ notice to deliver 30 operatives. 45 operatives were individually screened for suitability and inducted through the ProTrain BRC Accredited Induction Platform within 7 days. This allowed for the first 2 weeks of production to be met with 100% fulfilment with fluctuating requirements from 6 to 30 over 3 shifts 6-2/2-10/10-6. Great work from the Proman Industrial team.

Our Lancashire-based client contacted Proman with an urgent requirement for a French-speaking and German-speaking Customer Service Advisor. Our experienced Commercial division, headed up by April Bryan, have supported this client for several years in office based roles, such as Bilingual Customer Service, Accounts, HR and Administration.
Once again, April quickly and successfully sourced a suitable candidate for each position for our client, with both settling in very well in their new roles.
Our Commercial division looks after a variety of roles within Customer Service, Sales, Administration, Marketing, HR and Finance. This is from high level Executive roles through to entry level.

We have successfully supplied temporary workers to our client based in West Yorkshire for over 12 years.
Traditionally they (and therefore ourselves) have worked to a set pattern of peaks and troughs due to seasonal trends and planned sales promotions. However, over the last 12 months they have assessed their own business and are now significantly more focused on e-commerce with the aim of delivering to the consumer a whole lot quicker.
This of course increased the demands on their warehouse and inevitably on their Agency Supplier to ensure that all targets were met. Through regular communication with our client we have been able to work with them and support them through this constant increase and we have been able to deliver candidates who met the client’s specification and have become part of the team there that is continuing to drive our client forward.

Our multi-site food manufacturing client sought a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to help facilitate the smooth operation of their Shropshire factory, ensuring downtime is kept to a minimum.
The candidate is 17th Edition IEE qualified, with an HND in Mechanical Engineering. He comes into the business with over 15 years’ experience working in Food and FMCG manufacturing environments.
Branch Manager for our Food & FMCG Division Phil Hardy, headed up the recruitment campaign for our Client. This role is typical of the role he would recruit for, along with roles in Production & Operations, Quality and Engineering.
Candidate Details: 24 new candidates to start over the course of the week
Sector: Distribution / Warehousing / Manufacturing
After being let down by one of their labour providers, our international client requested 24 candidates to start over the course of a week.
Given our client's stringent new hire process, which includes CRB checks, D&A testing and online psychometric tests, this would be no easy task.
With some great teamwork from each branch and excellent communication with the client and their training department all 24 roles were filled.
