The QMS is the ‘control’ on the functions of the business; not just Recruitment but also the Management Review, the HR function and support functions including Payroll and Tech Support. The processes are the blue print to how all operations should be done in order to maintain a consistently high standard of quality and continuous improvement. The NEW system applies a risk based analysis of all the functions and processes with consideration for consequences and ramifications in failures of the process and the audit included testing of all our processes, records and documentation.
The Company objective is to grow Proman into a national and commercially successful recruitment business. To do so we aim to differentiate ourselves from our competition with Dynamism, Professionalism and Quality of service. The NEW System is designed to be the foundation of those values.
Passing the QMS Audit and making sure that we all adhere to our QMS communicates and demonstrates to our clients and agency workers our level of professionalism and commitment to quality and improvement.
