Immediate start - Full Time - Monday to Friday - Ongoing - Weekly Pay - Paid Breaks - Overtime Rates
We are recruiting for several Warehouse Operatives for Grupo Antolin in Redditch- an automotive company specialising in the production and assembling of interior door panels and dashboards for BMW. All roles are full time Monday-Friday, 39 hous per week.
Monday – Friday three shift rotations:
- AM – 06:00am -14:00pm
- PM – 14:00pm – 22:00pm
- Nights – 22:00pm – 06:00am
- £12.34 per hour
Overtime rates and benefits include:
- 39 hours per week - early finish on Fridays!
- £15.29 per hour for overtime during the week and Saturday
- £20.39 per hour for overtime on Sunday
- 33 days holiday

The role:
As a Warehouse Operative you will be operating glue, foam and injection moulding machinery as well as assembling electrical wiring & components to the interiors and quality inspecting the parts.
- Operating glue, foam and moulding machinery
- Wiring electrical components and speakers
- Assembling panels for car doors
- Quality inspection
- Sequencing
- Following health and safety guidelines
