Senior Account Manager / Recruitment Consultant (Construction)

Location: London, City of London

Salary: Basic up to £45K plus benefits

Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Excellent location! (close to Monument and Bank tube stations)

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager / Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding business. The successful candidate would take care of the recruitment for the whole Branch. We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in Construction / Trades &Labour / Blue Collar who can bring expertise and knowledge of the current market in the construction recruitment sector. 

This role would suit an experienced individual who have worked with a number of clients in the construction sector before.

Senior Account Manager / Recruitment Consultant (Construction)

A successful candidate would manage the whole recruitment process of candidates for the whole Branch.

Duties:

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with existing and new clients
  • Maintain and manage candidate record
  • Negotiate rates with clients
  • Manage the recruitment cycle; using the most beneficial advertisement platforms, placing accurate and informative adverts, sourcing suitable candidates to interview, interviewing to the business ISO procedures and ensuring candidate selection is in line with our client’s expectations.
  • Produce and expedite necessary paperwork to ensure the Company can meet its commitments with regards to payment and invoicing.
  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, monthly and annual targets and objectives.
  • Continually assess the market place and your customer base to ensure that clients’ needs are met in full
  • Achieve or exceed gross margin sales targets by maintaining regular contact with Dormant Clients, establishing contact with New/Prospect Clients (in line with the business sales strategy) and providing quantified sales leads

           

Attributes we are looking for:

  • Previous recruitment experience is essential.
  • You will be comfortable interacting with people face to face and over the phone and being able to build excellent relationships with clients and candidates
  • Excellent level of spoken and written English are essential and additional language skills may be beneficial

Excellent work ethic, computer literacy, excellent organisation skills with the ability to run multiple projects, professional telephone manner, must have engaging personality with ability to build rapport and trust, previous business development experience.
