Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Trafford Park
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5pm
Proman is currently working a growing lighting company in Trafford Park to appoint an experienced Sales Administrator to join their Sales and Technical Support function.
The existing team has been recruited with care and the office and warehouse is a fun but-hard working environment. The new office includes showers, kitchen and a recreation area including a ping pong and pool table – all part of the employer’s commitment to creating a great place to work.
Day to day Key responsibilities
Supporting the Sales Team in the delivery of technical specific quotes both large and small.
? Offering concise and helpful technical advice over the phone to customers, both pre and post-purchase with the ability to ‘on the spot’ problem solve.
? Advising technically to staff in multiple departments around the business.
? Identifying & solving technical specific Zendesk enquiries.
? Building quotes involving onsite production work ensuring the correct parts and labour have been included.
? Monitoring emails and offering guidance and support technically where necessary.
? Good communication skills
? Being able to work well in a team environment
? Good understanding of LED lighting ranges
? Ability to design & explain electrical circuits
? Basic knowledge of DMX control systems
