Proman is working with a leading Environmental Services business who, due to increased workload, is looking for an experienced Data Entry Administrator with experience of SAP. This role is going to be 90% Data Entry on the ERP system therefore, experience of SAP is essential to this role.

You will be an experienced Data Entry Administrator and experience of SAP is essential for this role. You will be supporting the Technical Team with inputting data on SAP.
Important note: This role will involve flexible working hours to suit the ideal candidate. However, you may be asked to work specific hours however, notice will be given for the candidate to make arrangements. Therefore, flexibility is required.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Enter customer information into databases as collected from the Documentation Manager
- Review all data for errors and report unusual findings to management
- Collect and determine completed of all information before entering data into software programs
- Scan and print required documents needed to collect information for data entry
- File and organize paperwork used to enter data into programs to keep a record of original documents
- Inputting product codes, chemicals, transport documentation into SAP

Key job requirements:
- SAP experience is essential
- Inputting large amounts of data
- Excellent attention to detail
- Working within the Waste management or Hazardous Waste Management or Chemical industry is desirable
