Recruitment Resourcer / Account Support

Salary: £20000-£22000 + benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Location: Midlands, Stanton by Dale

This is an excellent opportunity to join our ever-growing Business. The role is based in our Midlands office in Stanton by Dale.   

This role would suit individuals who have had previous experience in customer facing roles such as retail, customer services, leisure or hospitality and now looking to develop their income, capabilities and satisfaction with a successful business services company. Also, fresh graduates with some commercial experience who would like to establish their career in the world of recruitment are very welcome to apply!

Due to the nature of the role we are looking for candidates who drive and have their own transport.

The Candidate

Ideally you will be a graduate with previous experience within a customer service orientated and fast paced environment. You will be comfortable interacting with people face to face and over the phone, being able to build excellent relationships.

Ideally, you will also have the following skills, experiences and attributes…

Some previous experience from customer service / retail / fast food or any other commercial roles

Professional telephone manner and appearance

Excellent standard of spoken and written English

Must be numerate with a great attention to detail

Must have an engaging personality with ability to build rapport and trust

Confident

Must have a full driving license and own transport as the role will involve travel to clients’ sites and interviewing in different locations

Excellent work ethic

Excellent computer skills. Must be strong on Excel

Must have excellent organisation skills with the ability to run multiple projects

Recruitment Resourcer / Account Support

The Role

Your main roles and responsibilities will include…

  • Contacting candidates to perform telephone screening
  • Inviting suitable candidates for a face to face interview
  • Attending and carrying out interview sessions within your region to assess suitability and availability of candidates for roles within your region
  • Preparing candidates for inductions out on client sites
  • Assisting Account Managers in daily tasks and matching candidates to the vacancies
  • Writing and placing of adverts in order to attract candidates and maintain availability of registered candidates
  • Attracting candidates vie different sources…i.e. social media
  • Understanding client’s requirements to ensure successful selection of candidates
  • Providing other daily support to the small; team
