Proman is partnering with a customer management business to appoint an experienced Recruitment Manager. The business is going through a period of growth where they are opening new sites and recruiting heavily within their Call Centre function.

The purpose of the role will be to recruit high-volume of candidates into the Call Centre, create job specifications, complete background checks and, complete all relevant management information.

You will be an excellent communicator with a passion for recruiting. You will have proven high-volume recruitment experience; experience of high volume, call centre experience is essential for this role.


Main duties and responsibilities:


  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Enthusiasm and passion for recruitment, attracting the volume of candidates required by the business and the highest calibre of talent.
  • Delivery of Recruitment KPI’s set by the business
  • Full ownership of the Recruitment Department
  • Ensure all applicants / new starters have the required documentation for employment
  • Management of all background checks in line with Company/Client requirements
  • Creation of Job Descriptions, advertising, sourcing and competency-based interviewing to the on boarding of all successful candidates.
  • Completion of relevant Management Information
  • Ensure the department is in line with current legislation
  • CV Sifting, screening high volumes of applications
  • Creative Innovation
  • Building and maintaining the recruitment pipeline
  • Delivery of the recruitment training process to the wider business
  • Set objectives for the team that reflect the delivery and vision of the recruitment department and review monthly in 121 meetings.
  • Performance manages appropriately around behaviours and recruitment KPI’s
  • Management of Recruitment cost and headcount in line with requirements,

  • Proven track record of headhunting and recruiting candidates either for an agency or an in-house recruitment role
  • Experience high volume recruiter
  • Good commercial acumen

  • Creative & Innovative
  • Professional in approach
  • Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to travel
