Recruitment Manager

We are looking for an Experienced Recruitment Manager / Business Unit Manager /Team Leader to join our team of recruiters who operate in the Industrial Market.

You will be based in our new office located in Trafford Park.

The role is to supervise the operational activity of a designated sub-team within a branch including ensuring the team maintain focus on growth, market share and building excellence in client relationships.

The successful candidate would also act as a point of contact and escalation for client issues ensuring that they are dealt with swiftly and effectively.

This is a new vacancy, and the successful candidate will be an addition to our experienced team. This role became available due to PROMAN growth and the UK expansion.

Competitive basic salary up to £30K – depending on experience plus bonus

Bonus includes:

  • Quartlery budget fulfilment bonus of £750 per quarter for meeting budget for your Business Unit
  • Bonus paid  monthly on team performance
  • Uncapped sales bonus paid on new business development

This is a very realistic £40k OTE plus uncapped new business bonus

Business Unit Manager

A successful candidate would be comfortable interacting with people face to face and over the phone and able to build excellent relationships with clients and candidates. The purpose of this role is to develop and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients to satisfy requirements and identify and develop opportunities to enable growth and sustainability.

The successful candidate must be commercially aware with the ability to develop good business relationships.

You will have the following skills, experiences, and attributes…

•             Previous experience from Industrial Recruitment and previous Sales experience

•             Professional telephone manner and appearance

•             Must have an engaging personality with ability to build rapport and trust

•             An ambitious and competitive nature

•             Confident

•             Full driving licence

•             Excellent work ethic

•             Excellent computer skills

•             Must have excellent organisation skills with the ability to run multiple projects and ability to mentor and manage small teams

Business Unit Manager

Responsibilities / Accountabilities….

Fill requirements in an efficient manner including all associated communication, legal and QA compliance.

Manage and complete the time sheet process and all administration process.

Maintain operational KPI’s.

Perform strategic business development with identified Prospect targets and existing customers.

Develop and maintain relationships with Candidates’ base to develop loyalty, flexibility and identify Key Sell opportunities, through completion of regular driver availability calls.

Develop and maintain relationships with Client base to develop loyalty, trust and identify Key Sell opportunities, through completion of regular service calls and visits.

Develop and maintain market knowledge to generate leads and develop commercial opportunities.
