Proman is looking for Quantity Surveyor opportunity in High-End construction sector
Tasks
Managing contracts on daily basis
Keeping track on project finances and contractual relationships
Assuring that finances project are is accurately reported and controlled effectively
Identifying, assessing, evaluating and agreeing change, both up and downstream.
Working closely with the project team internationally to ensure the flow of information is maintained and contemporaneous.
Assessing, estimating, and agreeing subcontract valuations and final accounts.
Skills
Liaising with the Employer’s representatives in all aspects of both cost and value.
Assisting the drafting and execution of supply chain agreements.
Assisting with procurement estimating requirements as required.
Experience
Minimum 2 years Quantity Surveying experience.
Experience within a fast-paced environment.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Experience of managing and dealing with the supply chain.
Previous Estimating experience is desirable but not mandatory
Central London
This is a long term position, with a temp to perm contract for the right candidate. Salary to discuss depending on the experience
