Temp – Perm Contract
Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5pm (37.5 hours per week)
Experience in a Supply Chain Role within a fast moving and demanding organisation.
Ideally come from a Manufacturing background.
Excel and other Microsoft package experience is essential.
Purchase Ledger experience beneficial.
Responsibilities to include:
Process all supplier invoice’s
Check and reconcile supplier statements
Deal with invoices queries
Ensure invoices are processed in the correct time frame to pay suppliers in accordance with their terms
Ad-hoc Purchase Ledger assistance
Assist the Buyer where necessary
Raise Purchase Orders as instructed by the Buyer
Obtain quotes from suppliers, liaising with the relevant departments and ensuring the best price possible is achieved.
