The Candidate

Your skills, experiences and attributes...

• You must have experience working in a Purchase Ledger role previously.
• Sage 200 experience is desirable
• Good Excel Skills
• Ability to Multi Task
• Strong Communication skills
• Pro-active
• Able to work unsupervised using own initiative

The Role

Your duties will include...

• Printing and logging of invoices daily
• Processing of supplier invoices in a timely manner
• Manage invoice queries via telephone and email
• Proactively seek resolution of queries
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Assist in month end tasks
• Filing and ad hoc administrative work
