Purchase Ledger Clerk


Temporary Role

08:30 – 17:00 (37.5 hours per week)

Proman is currently working with a Chemical Manufacturer to appoint an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk. Working knowledge of Purchase Ledger is essential for this role as you must be able to hit the ground running!

Our Client uses Navison and all systems are almost all paperless therefore, good knowledge of Computer Based systems is ideal. If you have previously used Sage or SAP, this role would be suited to you.

Purchase Ledger Clerk

You will be responsible for:

  • Matching of purchase invoices with purchase orders and processing of invoices
  • Managing the weekly UK and overseas payment run
  • Reconciliation of supplier accounts and statements
  • Establishing credit facilities with suppliers
  • Act as point of contact for suppliers’ invoice related queries

  • You will have experience of working within a fast-paced, busy finance team
