Role: Production Operative

Location: Telford TF2

4 days on 4 days off

07:00am-19:00pm (£9.50p/h)



We are looking for Production Operatives for one of our clients at their Telford site; they develop, manufacture, and market a variety of quality dairy products placing them at No.7 rank on The Grocer’s Top 100 list of Britain’s Biggest Brands, and making them the 7th most chosen brand in the U.K.

The job role involves:

  • Operating state of the art filling line with a high level of personal safety
  • Maintaining exceptional hygiene and housekeeping standards
  • Fully completing all paperwork ensuring it is accurate and audit ready
  • Achieving operational targets
  • Liaising with colleagues in the supporting departments to align with the daily planning needs/new product launches/operational events etc.

The candidate must:

  • Work in line with health and food safety regulations
  • Have dairy knowledge awareness
  • Have an understanding of material and waste flow
  • Be able to work in a team and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Have a good understanding and ability to follow site wide procedures
