If you have answered yes to the above, we have a fantastic opportunity for you. We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives for our large automotive client based in Droitwich.

The successful candidate will have experience or hold a strong interest in working in a manufacturing environment.

Pay Rate • £9.26 - £10.26 PER HOUR (Shift Dependant)

  •  39 or 45 hours per week, plus the option of overtime 
  •  Monday to Friday
  • Multiple shift patterns available 


As a production operative you will operate injection moulding machinery, glue, foam and spray paint guns. Currently, the client is developing cockpits for new models of luxury vehicles, so production will be predominantly skewed towards assembly of cockpits.

You will need to quality assess all goods to ensure they meet site and customer standards. You may be rotated and asked to work on different departments throughout your assignment, so a degree of flexibility is required


 • Must be able to work well in a pressurised environment

• Self-motivated and quality-focused

• Good personal organisational skills 

• Have good manual dexterity skills

• Good eye for detail
