Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Trafford Park (M17)

 

Shifts Rotation:  Monday – Friday 6am-2pm/ 2pm-10pm (9.50/hr)

and Sunday- Thursday 10-6 nights (£11.88/hr)

 

 

Or 

Sunday- Thursday 10-6 nights (£11.88/hr)

Salary:

Days: £9.50/hr -  £9.55/hr (after 1 Aug £9.93- 10.75)

Nights: £11.88/hr - £11.94/hr (after 1 Aug £11.92-12.41)

Overtime when available paid at time and a half after 37.5 hours

This is a full time, temp to perm role for a production operative.

Experience in production or manufacturing or machine operative experience is desirable but not mandatory.

Full training will be provided from the first day of work.


The role as a Production Operative is to;

  • Complete customer orders
  • Use equipment and operate relevant printing machines.
  • Quality checking
  • Cross referencing customers’ orders to ensure orders are completed

You will possess the following attributes to become a production operator;

  • Great attention to detail.
  • Punctual
  • Be able to work under pressure/exceed daily targets
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Great team player
  • Flexible in approach
  • Possess the ability to prioritise tasks
