Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor. Your duties will include...
⦁ Answering inbound calls.
⦁ Resolving customers query’s.
⦁ Speaking and booking in contractors.
⦁ Resolve enquires accurately and efficiently.
⦁ Effectively handle customer objections.
⦁ Liaising with internal departments.
⦁ Updating database.
