Part Time Accounts Administrator

Part Time. Monday – Friday 12pm – 5pm

Wythenshawe

£10 per hour

Temporary – Permanent

The Candidate:

  • SAGE 50 experience is ESSENTIAL
  • Experience of accounts payable and accounts receivable would be beneficial
  • Must have worked in an office environment
  • Can work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Have good administration, planning, organisational and time keeping skills
  • Must be able to work on own initiative but also able to be part of the team, with good communication and interpersonal skills

The Role:

The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for the processing of invoices, credit control, and various other transactional and ad hoc accounting processes

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Payroll
  • Credit control, issuing customer invoices and statements
  • Dealing with clients questions or queries
  • Experience of accounts payable and accounts receivable would be beneficial

Our client, based in Wythenshawe, is a global manufacturer. They are currently looking for an Accounts Administrator to join the team on a temporary to permanent contract.
