Location: East London / Bromley By Bow
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (flexibility is required to cover new hire inductions)

You will be working for Proman in a well-established office in London. The division you will be joining supplies temporary workers to a very prestigious client in London.

Onsite Recruitment Resourcer / Onsite Co-Ordinator - The Candidate
Previous recruitment experience would be beneficial.
You will be comfortable interacting with people face to face and over the phone and being able to build excellent relationships.
Excellent level of spoken and written English are essential and additional languages skills will be of a great benefit.

Onsite Recruitment Resourcer / Onsite Co-Ordinator -
Your main responsibilities will be;
Writing and placing of adverts in order to attract applicants and maintain availability of registered candidates
Managing online advertising
Telephone screening of potential candidates
Understanding client’s requirements and ensuring candidates are recruited within the required timeframe
Attending and carrying out interview sessions
Onboarding candidates on Client’s systems
General administrative duties such as system inputting & contract administration
Contacting candidates regarding available work
Conducting pre-placement tours & drug and alcohol tests
Maintaining regular contact with ad-respondents to keep them informed of developments and opportunities
Filling current vacancies/ bookings within a time frame required
Attending hiring, performance and production meetings
Managing onsite attendance and absence
Dealing with day to day worker queries
Recording daily hours of work
Producing hiring reports, statistics & metrics
We are looking for an individual who is flexible, committed and able to tackle challenges head on from Day 1. Your role will vary week to week based on client demand.
