Office Assistant

Huddersfield

Salary: £8.21 per hour

Temporary – Permanent 

Monday   Friday 9am – 5.30pm (37.5 hours per week)

 

 

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity within high quality, long standing and exclusive company.

You will have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day to day office running / operations.

  • Sales Order processing.

  • Liaising with customers, answering any questions or queries.

  • Answer any field sales enquires via phone, email or occasionally face to face.

  • Generate quotes from sales enquires.

  • Arrange deliveries and liaise with external couriers.

    The Candidate

  • Ideally have QuickBooks experience.

  • Must have experience of working in an administrative environment.

  • Attention to detail.

  • You must have excellent Microsoft Skills.

  • Experience of working in retail or manufacturing.

  • Must have excellent communication skills.
