Office Administrator

Salary: £20,500 - £21,155

Permanent 

Monday   Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm / Friday: 8.30am – 16.30pm

 

 

The Role

 

This is an excellent opportunity within high quality and exclusive company.

The role will comprise of assisting in the following day to day office running and operations:

  •  Telephone answering / Receiving Visitors
  • Arranging meetings, organising buffets

  • Post duties

  • Stationary ordering

  • Organising Holiday schedule

  • Handling Exhibition logistics (Hotels, flight)

  • Company Vehicles - MOT, Insurance, Tax

  • Safe Contractor Completion

  • Keeping the Website up to date with uploading Work Instructions, User Guides and Certifications etc.

  • Purchasing Order Processing

  • Entering Purchase invoices

  • Entering Stock deliveries

 

  • The Candidate

  • Ideally have SAGE 200 experience

  • Experience of working in an administrative role / office environment.

  • Attention to detail

  • You must have excellent Microsoft Skills.

  • Experience of working in manufacturing.

  • Must have excellent communication skills.
