Monday-Thursday 8am – 5pm

Friday 8am – 3pm (40 hours per week)

Temporary to Permanent

My Client who is a leading supplier within their field is seeking an experienced Logistics Customer Service administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. 

Logistics Customer Service Administrator

The Role

  • Answering the phone.
  • Assisting in the day-to-day activities of the administration team, including all calls into the business are answered appropriately and transferred accordingly
  • Monitor and deal with customer queries by email and phone
  • Answer the telephone and direct calls to the correct contact
  • Report and send photos of damaged stock to the customer
  • Create stock lists for customers
  • Assist in monthly stock checks
  • Check customer Orders
  • Coordinate picking plan with Warehouse Supervisor
  • Process and check goods inwards for all accounts
  • Notify customers of goods in received
  • Process Orders for Logistics customers
  • Investigate and rectify customer queries
  • Any other general duties that may arise.

The Candidate

You will have the following experience, skills and attributes.

  • Ideally you will have worked in a Logistics Customer Service role.
  • Has understanding of administration and customer service
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word Required
  • Organisation and commercial awareness
  • Teamwork Player
  • Flexibility and adaptability
