The Role:
- First point of contact for colleague queries
- Employee relations – run disciplinaries, grievances, absence reviews
- Recruitment – run our weekly recruitment – advertising, speaking with candidates/agencies, organising interviews, feeding back
- Onboarding – manage the onboarding process
- Administration – inputting onto HR system (People Portal/Core HR), contracts, references etc, managing the people query inbox
- Co-ordinating training programmes
- Assisting with ongoing HR projects/work were required
The Person:
- Must be confident in their knowledge base and able to communicate effectively to internal and external customers.
- Patient and understanding of working with a multi-lingual workforce.
- Able to multi-task, be organised, precise and able to prioritise workloads.
- Resilient and able to remain calm and dispassionate. .
