Freight Administrator
Slough – SL3
Monday – Friday
6am – 3pm

The Role:

  • Uploading driver status and driver’s PDA’s
  • Transport Planning for same day collections
  • Contacting hauliers to provide quotations for special collection and delivery.
  • Update collection and delivery status in a timely manner
  • Responsible for web bookings
  • Monitor, chase and process all POD’s ensuring timely updating of internal systems
  • Working with both the warehouse and transport teams
  • Data entry
  • Completion of transport reporting

The Person:

  • Knowledge of European Groupage is desirable
  • Must be confident in their knowledge base and able to communicate effectively to internal and external customers.
  • Able to multi-task, be organised, precise and able to prioritise workloads.
  • Deadline focused
  • Flexible
