My Client who is a leading manufacturer within their field is seeking an experience Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team.
The Role:
You will be responsible for defined planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on machinery.
What You Will Do
- Working to KPIs that are based on ‘fix-it-for-good’ mentality.
- Supporting and coaching colleagues in handling technical issues.
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all personnel within the area of influence.
- Participating in the development and implementation of condition-based maintenance programs
- You will also have experience of PLC’s Siemens controlled equipment, invertor drives and the ability to work as part a team of and/or autonomously as required.
Electrical Maintenance Engineer Requirements:
Who You Are
- Proven Electrical, Mechanical experience and instrumentation preferable in a manufacturing and process environment.
- Completed a recognised electrical engineering apprenticeship preferably with a City & Guilds or equivalent NVQ qualification.
- Proven experience in maintaining complex automated manufacturing systems and equipment.
- Excellent trouble shooting skill, able to plan and work to tight timelines while managing several tasks.
- Proven fault-finding skills.
- Knowledge of process instrumentation
- Knowledge of pneumatic/hydraulic components
- High Voltage experience
