Our longstanding client is looking for Data Entry Administrators to join their team. This is a long-term position which could become permanent for the right candidates.

The Company is a software and outsourcing business with extensive experience in the public sector. They are a true market leader of document digitisation enabling organisations to transform their business, free up much needed space and improve efficiency.

The Role:

To work as part of a team to deliver Mailroom Services to include:

  • Post Opening

  • Document Receipt

  • Manual Handling

  • Verification of Original Documents

  • Inventory creation

  • Document Preparation

  • Document Scanning

  • Data Entry

  • Cheque receipting

  • Quality Control and Warehouse Management. 


Person Specification:

  • Clear communication skills

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines targets and ensure they are achieved

  • Ability to grasp concepts quickly and take on board new procedures and information

  • Strong team player

  • Resilient and flexibility in approach

  • Have attention to detail

  • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages and data entry


Rate of Pay and hours of work:

  • Monday to Friday 07:00-15:00 and/or 09:00-17:00

  • £8.21 per hour
