4 on 2 off – Rotating Shift 7.30 – 15.30 / 14.30 – 22.30

You will be responsible for:

As a Customer Service Advisor you will act as the first point of contact to customers calling in to the service desk, to report issues or faults.

  • Answering Service calls
  • Logging faults onto the system
  • Communication of any issues to the senior management team.
  • Adhering to SLAs and KPIS
  • Updating of the database

Customer Service Advisor

The Candidate:

  • Experience working in a Customer Facing role is beneficial.
  • Strong telephone manner and be customer focused.
  • Conscientious with good problem-solving ability.
  • Self-motivated and flexible team worker.
  • Able to work on their own initiative and to KPI's
  • Good numeracy skills and commercial acumen.
