The Candidate

  • Significant time spent working as part of a customer care/service team handling sales related customer contact via telephone and email
  • Complaint handling
  • Confident in engaging with customers via phone and email
  • Accurate data entry
  • Attention to detail

The Role

Works as part of a multi-skilled Customer Care & Internal Sales Team engaging with Customers via inbound phone and email contact handling Quotes, Sales Orders and general sales and customer service enquiries. Also engages with Customers via outbound contact campaigns to generate new sales orders and/or leads

  • Engage with Customers via phone and email re Quotes, Sales Orders and general sales and customer service enquiries
  • Accurate and timely
  • Response to Customer requests for Quotes
  • System entry of Sales Orders
  • Response to general Customer enquiries
  • Outbound Customer contact as part of sales campaigns
  • Handling of Customer complaints
  • Adherence to agreed processes and Quality systems
