Customer Service Advisor

Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm (37.5 hours per week)

The Candidate

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a sales or customer service role is essential

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs is essential

  • Demonstratable experience of turning a customer into an advocate

  • Hubspot experience would be beneficial

  • Excellent customer focus and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Great attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and excellent telephone manner

  • The ability to work to targets and achieve KPI’s

  • Able to work as part of a team

  • Excellent prioritisation skills and able to juggle competing demands

  • Able to remain calm under pressure

  • Good listening and problem-solving skills

  • A desire to contribute to constantly improving our service


The Role

  • Answer customer queries via phone, emails & live chat

  • Provide customers with product and service information

  • Deal with delivery issues

  • Identify and resolve customer issues. 

  • Recommend process improvements

  • Follow-up on customer enquiries not immediately resolved

  • Recommend product options based on customer feedback

  • Provide customers quotes

  • Promote additional services

  • Liaising with other departments as and when necessary

  • Where necessary dealing with Customers on a face to face basis

  • Place orders for customers & take payments over the telephone
