Proman is looking for a Cost Controller / Management Accountant for a High-End construction company.
Tasks:
- Preparing budgets and forecast
- Monitoring project costs
- Recommend possible courses of action
- Monthly management accounts reporting
- Maintaining all project accruals for labour, materials & sub-contractors
- Dealing with ad hoc queries
Profile:
- 3 years experience as an accountant
- Strong analytical skills
- Must have previous experience in the construction industry
- Advanced excel knowledge
