(12h shifts 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am)

£10.42p/h days - £10.52p/h nights

This is Full Time position for the right candidate

 

We are looking for a Supply Operatives to join Manchester Blow Moulding Team in Trafford Park Manchester

You will be required to set up and operate Bottle Supply equipment efficiently and effectively, achieving required standards of performance, moving and handling of stock and loading/unloading of trailers. You will support Blow Moulding manufacturing as required.

Key tasks as a Supply Operative:

  • Operation / Set Up & reporting of Bottle Supply chain.
  • Effective set up and operation of De-bagging machines.
  • Full knowledge/controls of Bottle Supply conveying (inclusive of changeovers).
  • Accurate completion of entire Bottle supply traceability sheets · Control of bottle and film waste.
  • Loading/Unloading of trailers for stock movement.
  • Reporting and recording through full Bottle supply chain.
  • Safe Operation of Bottle Manufacturing lines.
  • Full compliance with Bottle production and Supply QCP.
  • Follow All Shut Down and Start Up Procedures in full.
  • Full adherence to all H&S Policies and Procedures.
  • Carry out all machine safety checks.
  • Adherence to all machine Operating Procedures.
  • Record and Report all H&S, or Quality Incidents / Accidents to Shift Leader.
  • Maintain and Drive Hygiene and Housekeeping standards.
  • Ensure Full compliance to Site Accreditation Standards for allocated area.
  • Follow Emergency Stop & Evacuation procedures
