£9.74 - £23.84

Assembly/Production Operative hours: -

Monday to Thursday 6.15am-4pm or 6.30am-4.15pm (37 hour working week)

Candidates need to be flexible as the company sometimes work 6am-10am on Friday's during busy periods.

Assembly/Production Operative Pay Rate: -

£9.74 per hour with overtime paid at £14.61 and £19.48.   £75 weekly bonus included as well (Weekly bonus paid in January).

After 6 months, pay rate increases to £11.92 with overtime paid at £17.89 and £23.84.

Assembly/Production Operative job duties: -

  • Assembling components based off works orders.
  • Using hand/power tools to complete works orders.
  • Reading and understanding instructions for assembly.
  • General production duties.

Previous assembly/production experience is desirable for this role but not essential. Full training is provided but successful candidates must be comfortable with using their hands and using hand/power tools.
