Assembly Operator
Full time position
Assembly Operator required for Grupo Antolin in Leamington Spa. We are offering wide range of shifts with combination of different roles within the business.
Hours of work:
Assembly / JIT Process
- Monday-Thursday: 0600-1400, Friday: 0600-1300 with OT Opportunities
Pay rates and benefits include:
Rotating Pay rate:
-£10.57 per hour for first year
- £11.13 per hour for 2nd year length of service
- £12.10 per hours for 3rd year length of service
Additional payments
- £13.28 - Overtime 39+ Weekdays and Saturdays
- £17.70 - Overtime from 10pm on Saturday through till 6am on Monday

Role:
As an Assembly Operator you will be working on behalf of our client Grupo Antolin. Grupo Antolin is leading manufacturing organisation that specialises in the automotive sector. You will be trained on various processes to suit your individual skill set. This could be either the manufacturing process, foamplant process or the assembly process.
