Assembly Operatives – New Year, New Job! - Full Time - Ongoing - Weekly Pay  - Overtime Rates – Bonus schemes

Role:

You will be working as a Assembly Operative in an Automotive Production Plant producing plastic interiors, armrest. console and door line for various car manufacturers. Working in a fast-paced environment you would be working in either of the below departments.

Assembly Operatives required for Grupo Antolin in Barton under Needwood, Burton upon Trent.

Departments include:

  • Assembly/ Production line
  • Quality inspection
  • Paint Spraying
  • Plastic injection moulding
  • Inserts
  • Foaming and Glue line

For all Production Operatives roles we are offering an immediate start after the Christmas break and are all on a Temp – Perm contracts.

**Double Pay overtime - based on your base rate (until end of January)

Hours of work:

Monday – Friday. Two shift and Three shift rotations available.

  • AM – 07.30 – 15.45 or 6am -14:00
  • PM – 15.45pm – 20.30pm or 14:00 – 22:00
  • Nights – 22:00 – 06:00

Peak Pay rates:

  • £10.47 per hour for your first 39 hours
  • £18.20 per hour after 39 hours, Monday – Sunday (until end of January!)

Regular Pay Rates - February 2022

£10.47 per hour for your first 39 hours

£13.65 per hour after 39 hours

£18.20 per hour - Sunday
