Part Time Administrator - Warehouse

Swinton (M27)

Monday - Friday 10am-3pm (Flexible)

25 hour per week

Temp – Perm  

£8.50 per hour

The Candidate

Your skills, experiences and attributes will include...

  • Previous experience working in an Office / Factory / Warehouse environment.

  • Minimum 12 months demonstrable experience within a busy office environment.

  • Proficiency and accuracy in the use of Word and Excel.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Organised, flexible and able to multi-task.

The Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Deputy Process Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Warehouse Department. Your duties will include... 

  • Data entry.

  • Cash handling.

  • Printing invoices / Pick sheets.

  • Taking incoming phone calls / messages.

  • Inputting data on to speadsheets using Microsoft Excel.

  • Inbound calls - speaking to suppliers, customers and taking internal calls.

  • Dealing with Hauliers.

  • Booking in deliveries onto the system.

My client is a lead food packaging company with several sites across the UK.  An opportunity has arisen to join their business as a Administrator within the warehouse on a temp - perm basis.
