Administrator (Aftercare/Customer Service)

Trafford Park, Manchester


Monday – Friday. 9am until 5.30pm

37.5 hours per week


Aftercare Administrator


The Candidate


  • Must have experience of working in a Customer Service / Administrator role

  • You must have experience dealing with B2C

  • You MUST have EXCELLENT Microsoft Excel Skills

  • I.T. literate

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Confident telephone manner

  • Be able to offer support in colleagues’ absence

  • Able to work in a team environment

  • Be aware of all Office operations

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • An organised approach and excellent time management skills

  • The ability to use own initiative but also know when matters need to be referred to a Team Manager


The Role


To provide a first lass service to all clients. Ensuring their experience has been up to standard and ensuring payment is complete


  • Check APRs against fitter invoices and query any discrepancies.

  • Ensure invoices are passed to finance in time for weekly payment.

  • Process Field Installation Manager reports daily.

  • Contact clients to confirm remedial/return dates.

  • File/issue installation fit packs to the fitters/factory.

  • Perform ad-hoc duties requested by the management team within your capabilities.

  • Adhere to the departmental procedures as advised.
