Automotive Assembly Operatives X50 positions are available for an immediate start in Barton Under Needwood, Burton Upon Trent.  All contracts are on a  **ONGOING BASIS - TEMP TO PERM CONTRACTS **


You will be working in an Automotive industry as a Assembly Operative  in various different areas producing interior parts, doors and armrests for prestigious Automotive companies.

Departments include:

- Assembly/ Production line
- Quality inspection
- Paint Spraying
- Plastic injection moulding
- Inserts
- Foaming and Glue

As a Assembly Operative you will be required to work shifts, these consist of; Days, Afternoons and Nights, either on a fortnightly or weekly rotation.

Your working week will 39 hours as standard. If required, overtime is compulsory due to a need to meet client production demand. Overtime is paid after 39 hours at an enhanced rate.

Pay Rates;

• £10.47 per hour for the first 39 hours.

• £13.65 per hour after 39 hours

• Saturday £13.65 per hour

• Sunday £18.20 per hour

Pay increases after 6 months.
